Terms and Conditions: • For Modern Work & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Incentive: The NCE product requires either an ANNUAL commit billed MONTHLY or ANNUAL commit billed ANNUALLY.
• This offer/promo supersedes any previous, all prior communication, whether oral or written relating to this offer/promotion.
• The Empower your Cloud Business promo requires a completed deal registration to qualify for this promotion. Minimum deal size of $500 is required for eligibility to the Empower your Cloud Business promo. CSP Partners can register multiple deals up to a total maximum reward of $3,000. The credit on account amount will be equivalent to the eligible deal size to a max amount of $3,000 credit on account.
• The Empower your Cloud Business promo is eligible for net new end customers with a minimum of $500 in total deal size, that includes the combination of Microsoft Cloud solutions purchased for the same end user customer within the promo period of July 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025. Product solution combination for both incentives should contain at least one (1) of each of the Microsoft product solution outlined in this incentive on same sales order.
• The Empower your Cloud Business promo cannot be combined with any other existing promotional offers unless noted.
• Only NCE skus purchased qualify for this promotion. No other skus qualify with the exception of legacy skus for charity, non profit, education.
• The Empower Your Cloud Business Incentive Promo requires a completed deal registration to qualify. Please contact your sales representative on how to register your deal. Eligibility is subject to the approval of TD SYNNEX sales managers.
• Promo eligibility will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis to consultation with your Microsoft Cloud Business Development Manager and the approval and discretion of the TD SYNNEX Sales manager to ensure proper budget management. Please consult your Business Development Manager for details.
• This promotion is eligible for orders purchased through TD SYNNEX from July 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025, or while supply lasts.
• Any cancellations are not allowed and will result in forfeiture of funds.
• Partner eligibility for this offer will be based on TD SYNNEX Partner reporting and eligibility requirements. Eligible amounts for registered each sales opportunity will be at the discretion and approval of the TD SYNNEX Sales Manager.
• The Empower Your Cloud Business incentive promo will be paid out as a credit on account with TD SYNNEX based on the Statement of Work invoice within 90 days of the first complete billing cycle, and/or actual consumption and other documentation required by TD SYNNEX for eligibility.
